TERMS & CONDITIONS 
 
We reserve the right to refuse to sell alcohol to anyone who appears under the age of 21, or who appears to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol. Offensive or abusive behaviour to any of our staff will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse a sale at our discretion. It is an offence to purchase alcohol on behalf of a minor. Please be aware, our drivers carry no cash or excess stock with them, so when placing your order, please ensure you have remembered to order everything you want! Delivery is usually within 7 days as we dispatch orders once a week. Please allow for busy periods. Dispatch will not be made until payment is cleared. You will be given a scheduled delivery date when you place your order. There is a minimum order of 6 bottles on wines, including mixed cases of wine. Spirits can be sold by the bottle. Prices are including all duties paid.  Batches of ALL wines and spirits have been tasted for quality before sold to customers. Wine coming from South Africa has the wine standards label on the bottle. Delivery prices are based on  England, Wales southern Scotland and the rest of the Scotish mainland only . Please request by email for prices in other areas of the U.K. We do not deliver outside of the U.K. Orders of more than one case attract significant delivery discounts, please refer to our delivery charges chart.
 
Privacy Policy
 
No financial details (debit/credit card details) of our customers will be kept on record. Only email /addresses will be kept for delivery purposes and to send updates to our customers unless the customer states otherwise. A 4.4%+20p charge will be added when paying by debit/credit card. No details of debit/credit card numbers will be kept on record.
 
 
DELIVERY POLICY
 
Changing or cancelling your order
 
Customers will be notified by email of the expected delivery date, Please note that next day delivery is from dispatch from us not from date on order. The customer will be expected to be present for the delivery either at the customers/cardholders address or stated place of work you must notify us of this when the order is taken. You must provide us with your full postcode. The customer will be expected to sign for the delivery on no occasion will we deliver to anyone else other than to the customer. I.D will be asked for if  our drivers believe the customer to be under 21. Our delivery company will not leave a parcel not signed for and will make one delivery. If  delivery hasn’t been made a contact card will be left at the address stated on the order, the customer can contact the number on the card within 5 days for re-delivery after these 5 days the order will be returned to us and the customer will have to pay for it to be re-delivered. Please notify us by email or phone if expected delivery date is not suitable and we will do our best to arrange an alternative date. Customers can cancel an order up until 1pm the day before dispatch from us, after this time no refund will be given.
 
Deliveries to Under 21
   
We will only and deliver direct to your home or place of work, our drivers are instructed to abort delivery if they believe the recipient to be under 21. We operate a strict Challenge 21 policy so do not be offended if you are asked to provide ID.  
 
Acceptable forms of  ID  are:
 
Passport.
 
Photographic drivers licence.
 
PASS card (with accreditation hologram on it )
 
 
If relevant id is not shown the order will be returned to us and there will be no refund for the order . Any attempted underage purchases will be recorded for future reference.
